This Standard covers centrifugal pumps of horizontal, end suctionsingle stage, centerline discharge design. This Standard includesdimensional interchangeability requirements and certain designfeatures to facilitate installation and maintenance. It is theintent of this Standard that pumps of the same standard dimensiondesignation from all sources of supply shall be interchangeablewith respect to mounting dimensions, size and location of suctionand discharge nozzles, input shafts, baseplates, and foundationbolt holes.
