Each product should be manufactured from cast billets by hot extrusion or piercing and then subjected to cold working and annealing. The standard tempers for the products in this specification are soft annealed (O60), light drawn (H55), hard drawn (H80), and hard drawn and end annealed (HE80). Pipe and tube tensile properties, Rockwell hardness, and test performance should conform to the values specified herein. Performance requirements include those from expansion, flattening, and eddy Current tests.
