The test methods described in this publication have not beensubjected to the ASTM Standardization Procedure. They are notstandards or standard recommended practices of the American Societyof Testing and Materials. However, these procedures are developedand approved by ASTM Committee D02 Technical Division B onAutomotive Lubricants. The membership of both Committee D02 andTechnical Division B is balanced between producer, consumer andgeneral interest members.
