Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Paraffingehalts von bitumenhaltigen Bindemitteln nach dem AFNOR-Verfahren fest. Das in Bitumen enthaltene Paraffin wird bestimmt nach vorgehender Extraktion von Asphaltenen und Extraktion der meisten aromatischen Bestandteile mit Oleum.
