This European Standard specifies the classifications, requirements and test methods for non-coated unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) profiles with light coloured surfaces intended to be used for the fabrication of windows and doors.
It is applicable to PVC-U profiles with the colorimetric co-ordinates measured on the visible surfaces, as follows:
— L* greater than or equal to 82 (chromaticity co-ordinate Y greater than or equal to 60),
— –2,5 smaller than or equal to a* smaller than or equal to 5,
— –5 smaller than or equal to b* smaller than or equal to 15.
Diese Europäische Norm legt die Klassifizierungen, Anforderungen an und Prüfverfahren für nicht beschichtete, helle Profile aus weichmacherfreiem Polyvinylchlorid (PVC-U) zur Herstellung von Fenstern und Türen fest.
Diese Norm gilt für PVC-U-Profile mit den folgenden Farbmaßzahlen, die auf sichtbaren Oberflächen gemessen wurden:
- L* größer oder gleich 82 (Farbwertkoordinate Y größer oder gleich 60),
- -2,5 kleiner oder gleich a* kleiner oder gleich 5,
- -5 kleiner oder gleich b* kleiner oder gleich 15.
