This document specifies a horizontal method for the enumeration of Campylobacter spp. It is applicable to
- products intended for human consumption,
- products intended for animal feeding,
- environmental samples in the area of food and feed production, handling, and
- samples from the primary production stage such as animal faeces, dust, and swabs.
Dieses Dokument legt ein horizontales Verfahren zur Zählung von Campylobacter spp. fest. Es gilt für
- Produkte, die für den menschlichen Verzehr bestimmt sind,
- Produkte, die als Futtermittel bestimmt sind,
- Umgebungsproben im Bereich der Herstellung von Lebens- und Futtermitteln und beim Umgang mit Lebens- und Futtermitteln und
- Proben aus der Primärproduktion, wie Tierkot, Staub und Tupfer.
