This International Standard determines the fuel quality classes and specifications for solid biofuels of raw and
processed materials originating from
a) forestry and arboriculture,
b) agriculture and horticulture,
c) aquaculture.
Chemically treated material shall not include halogenated organic compounds or heavy metals at levels higher
than those in typical virgin material values or higher than typical values of the country of origin.
Diese Internationale Norm legt die qualitätsbezogenen Brennstoffklassen und Spezifikationen für feste Biobrennstoffe
aus Rohmaterial und verarbeitetem Material fest, die aus folgenden Quellen stammen:
a) Forstwirtschaft und Baumkultur;
b) Landwirtschaft und Gartenbau;
c) Aquakultur.
Chemisch behandeltes Material darf halogenierte organische Verbindungen oder Schwermetalle nicht in
höheren Konzentrationen enthalten, die über denen der typischen Werte für erntefrisches Material oder der typischen Werte für das Herkunftsland liegen.
