This International Standard gives general guidance
for the application of gas chromatography, using
packed or capillary columns, to determine the qualitative
and quantitative composition of a mixture of
fatty acid methyl esters obtained in accordance with
the method specified in ISO 5509.
The method is not applicable to polymerized fatty
acids.
Diese Internationale Norm enthält allgemeine Richtlinien zur Anwendung der
Gaschromatographie mit gepackten Säulen - oder Kapillarsauien für die Bestimnung der
qualitativen und quantitativen Zusamnensettung eines Gemisches aus Fettsäuremethylestern,
die nach dem in ISO 5509 festgelegten Verfahren hergestellt werden.
Das Verfahren ist nicht auf polymerisierte und oxydierte Fettsäuren anwendbar.
