This European Standard Covers radiators and convectors fed with water or steam at
temperatures below 120 "C, supplied by a remote heat source.
This European Standard does not apply to independent heating appliances.
This European Standard also defines the additional common data that the manufacturer shall
provide to the trade in order to ensure the correct application of the products.
Diese Europäische Norm bestimmt die technischen Angaben und Anforderungen an Radiatoren und Konvektoren, die zum Einbau in Zentralheizungsanlagen in Wohngebäuden bestimmt sind. Radiatoren und Konvektoren sind Bestanteile zum dauerhaften Einbau in Bauwerke. Diese Europäische Norm ist nicht auf selbständige Heizgeräte anzuwenden. Sie gilt für Radiatoren und Konvektoren zum Betrieb mit Wasser oder Dampf mit Temperaturen unter 120 °C, die aus einer getrennten Wärmequelle versorgt werden. Ferner legt sie auch die zusätzlichen gemeinsamen Angaben fest, die der Hersteller dem Markt zur Verfügung stellen muß, um die richtige Verwendung der Produkte sicherzustellen.
