This International Standard describes a method for the accelerated conditioning of test specimens of polyamides and copolyamides. lt is applicable to grades containing fillers and other additives, but not
to grades containing more than 2 % (m/m) extractables. The equilibrium moisture content attained by this method is close to the equilibrium moisture content obtained in Standard atmosphere 23/50. The values of mechanical properties obtained after accelerated conditioning in accordance with this method may differ slightly from those obtained after conditioning in Standard atmosphere 23/50.
Diese Norm beschreibt ein Verfahren zum beschleunigten Konditionieren von Probekörpern aus Poyamiden und Copolyamiden. Es eignet sich auch für Formmassen mit Füllstoffen und Additiven, jedoch nicht für Formmassen mit einem Gehalt an extrahierbaren Anteilen größer als 2 % (m/m). Der nach diesem Verfahren erreichte Gleichgewichtsfeuchtegehalt entspricht annähernd dem Gleiheichtsfeuchtegehalt, der sich im Normklima 23/50 einstellt. Die mechanischen Eigenschaftswerte von nach diesem Verfahren konditionierten und im Normklima 23/50 bis zur Gleichgewichtsfeuchte gelagerten Probekörpern dürfen geringfügig voneinander abweichen.
