The scope of this ÖVE/ÖNORM is the extension of the common ISO/IEC dictionary schema for the definition of concepts which are used in ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 61360-1 but which are not addressed by the information models specified in ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 61360-2. The object of this standard is to provide a formal model for data according to the scope as given above, and thus to provide, with ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 61360-2, a means for the computer-sensible representation and exchange of all data which comply with ÖVE/ÖNORM EN61360-1. The common ISO/IEC dictionary schema as defined in ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 61360-2 is the common ISO/IEC dictionary schema based on the intersection of the scopes of the two base standards: ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 61360-1; ISO 13584-42. and facilitates a harmonization of both.
