Причина отменыThis specification covered nationally recognized requirements for the cautionary information to be placed on the label of 4 to 6-gal (15 to 23-L) plastic open-head containers (buckets). It was not the intent of this specification to include any other labeling requirements, such as those set forth in Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA) or other applicable regulations and standards.

Formerly under the jurisdiction of Committee F15 on Consumer Products, this specification was withdrawn in July 2018 in accordance with section 10.6.3 of the Regulations Governing ASTM Technical Committees, which requires that standards shall be updated by the end of the eighth year since the last approval date.
