This European Standard describes a test method for the preparation of bituminous test specimens using a vibratory
compaction technique.
This European Standard is applicable to loose mixtures and cores and is used to establish a reference density for a
bituminous mixture in accordance with the procedures described in EN 12697-9, or the ease of compaction as
described in EN 12697-10.
Diese Europäische Norm beschreibt ein Prüfverfahren zur Herstellung von Asphalt-Probekörpern mit Hilfe
einer Vibrationsverdichtungstechnik.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt sowohl für loses Mischgut als auch für Bohrkerne und ist bei der Bestimmung
einer Bezugsdichte für einen gegebenen Asphalt nach einem der in EN 12697-9 beschriebenen Verfahren
oder bei der Bestimmung der Verdichtbarkeit nach EN 12697-10 anzuwenden.
