This document specifies the standard data concepts that comprise the "Minimum Set of Data" (MSD) to be transferred from a vehicle to a 'Public Safety Answering Point' (PSAP) in the event of a crash or emergency via an 'eCall' communication transaction.
Optional additional data concepts may also be transferred as part of the MSD.
The communications media protocols and methods for the transmission of the eCall message are not specified in this document.
Dieses Dokument legt die Normdatenkonzepte fest, welche der "minimalen Datensatz" (MSD) umfasst, der im Falle eines Verkehrsunfalls oder Notfalls mittels einer "eCall"-Kommunikationstransaktion an eine Rettungsleitstelle (PSAP) übertragen wird.
Es können auch noch weitere optionale Datenkonzepte übertragen werden.
Die Kommunikationsmedienprotokolle und die Verfahren für die Übertragung der eCall-Nachricht sind in der vorliegenden Norm nicht festgelegt.
