This European Standard specifies the size 4 plug for rack and panel applications used in the family of modular
rectangular electrical and optical connector with rectangular inserts, operating temperature 175 °C (or 125 °C)
continuous.
The receptacle corresponding to this plug is defined in EN 4644-142.
Diese Norm legt freie Steckverbinder der Größe 4 für Einschubanwendungen fest, die in der Familie der
modularen elektrischen und optischen Rechtecksteckverbinder mit rechteckigen Kontakteinsätzen verwendet
werden und eine Betriebstemperatur von 175 °C (oder 125 °C) konstant aufweisen.
Der diesem freien Steckverbinder entsprechende feste Steckverbinder ist in EN 4644-142 festgelegt.
