This standard defines the requirements for the ordering, manufacture, testing, inspection and delivery of
titanium and titanium alloy plate, sheet and strip. It shall be applied when referred to and in conjunction with
the EN material standard unless otherwise specified on the drawing, order or inspection schedule.
Diese Norm legt die Anforderungen an die Bestellung, Herstellung, Prüfung, Inspektion und Lieferung von
Platten, Blechen und Bändern aus Titan und Titanlegierungen fest. Sie ist anzuwenden, wenn sie bei Verweisung
auf oder in Verbindung mit der EN-Werkstoffnorm erwähnt wird, sofern in der Zeichnung, Bestellung
oder der Prüfanweisung nichts anderes angegeben ist.
