This International Standard lists items to be included in the maximum load of small craft without exceeding the limits
set by other ISO standards for stability, freeboard, flotation and crew. It further sets requirements for seating of crew
members.
This International Standard applies to small craft with a length of hull of up to in accordance with ISO 8666.
Excluded are inflatable boats covered by ISO 6185 and personal watercraft covered by ISO 13590.

Diese Internationale Norm legt Punkte fest, die in die maximale Zuladung von kleinen Wasserfahrzeugen
einzubeziehen sind, ohne dass die Grenzen überschritten werden, die von anderen ISO-Normen für Stabilität,
Freibord, Auftrieb und Mannschaft festgelegt sind. Sie legt weiterhin Anforderungen an Sitzplätze für die
Mannschaft fest.
Diese Internationale Norm ist auf kleine Wasserfahrzeuge mit einer Rumpflänge LH bis 24 m in
Übereinstimmung mit ISO 8666 anzuwenden. Ausgenommen sind aufblasbare Boote, die durch ISO 6185, und
Wasserskooter, die durch ISO 13590 abgedeckt sind.
