This Special Addenda to ASME PTC 25-1994, Pressure Relief Devices, is issued to revise portions of this Code as it pertains to the performance testing of rupture disk devices. It reflects the current industry-accepted terms and performance characteristics of these devices as used in ASME accreditation programs.
