This document sets forth the characteristics of the GNSS Landing System Sensor Unit (GLSSU) intended for installation in commercial aircraft. The intent of this document is to provide general and specific design guidance for the development of GLSSU for airline use. It describes the desired operational capability of the GLSSU and the standards necessary to ensure interchangeability.
