ARINC 828-4 defines a common Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) interface that can support EFB installations and the associated software applications. Supplement 4 defines two new connectors that will provide power and Ethernet to the EFB, thus enabling a smaller and lighter footprint for EFB installation provisions.
