General conditions of contracts to provide services - Contract standard

Clauses 5 to 10 of this Austrian Standard include the general terms and conditions for contracts such as supply services, including possibly required assembly works as well as for object-related services. Building and civil engineering construction works are specified in ÖNORM B 2110 or ÖNORM B 2118.
Diese ÖNORM enthält in den Abschnitten 5 bis 10 die allgemeinen Vertragsbestimmungen für Leistungen, wie für Lieferleistungen inkl. allenfalls erforderlicher Montagearbeiten, und für objektbezogene Dienstleistungen. Bauleistungen sind in der ÖNORM B 2110 oder B 2118 geregelt.
