This European Standard specifies a spectrophotometric method for the determination of iron in primary zinc. It is
applicable to the products specified in EN 1179.
It is suitable for the determination of iron contents (mass fractions) between 0,001 % and 0,1 %.
Diese Norm legt ein spektrophotometrisches Verfahren für die Bestimmung von Eisen in Primärzink fest. Das Verfahren ist auf die in EN 1179 festgelegten Produkte anwendbar. Es ist geeignet für die Bestimmung von Eisengehalten (Masseanteile) zwischen 0,001 % und 0,1 %.
