This European Standarad specifies the design, dimensions, technical requirements and testing of connections for
thr trancfer of diesel oil on inland navigation vessels.
It does not apply to the filling of cargo tanks.
I The Standard specifies:
- a connection of a design that is common on inland navigation vessels consisting of a threaded pipe and a
quick release coupling;
- a connection for vessels with deck screw caps (intemal thread according to ISO 228-1) consisting of
an adaptor with threaded pipe and a quick release coupling.
The standard does not Cover the necessary measures for the prevention of electrostatic charging and overfilling.
Diese Europäische Norm legt Bauart, Maße, technische Anforderungen und Prüfungen von Anschlüssen für die
Übernahme von Dieselkraftstoff für Fahrzeuge der Binnenschiffahrt fest.
Sie gilt nicht für das Befüllen von Ladetanks.
Die Norm legt fest:
- einen Anschluß in der für Binnenschiffe üblichen Ausführung, bestehend aus Gewindestutzen und Schnellkupplung;
- einen Anschluß für Schiffe mit Decksverschluß (Rohrinnengewinde nach ISO 228-l),b estehend aus Adapter
mit Gewindestutzen und Schnellkupplung.
Notwendige Maßnahmen zur Verhinderung der elektrostatischen Aufladung und der Überfüllung werden in der Norm
nicht geregelt.
