European Foreword, modification to clause 2 and sub clauses 5.3.1, 5.3.2.4, 6.7, 8.4, 16.4, 16.5, 16.6.6, 16.7.2, 16.7.4, 16.7.5, 16.8.6.2, 16.8.7, 16.12.4.1, 16.12.4.3, 16.12.5.1, 16.12.5.2, 16.14, 16.14.2, 16.14.8, 16.14.8.1, 16.14.8.2, 16.14.9 and modification to clause 22 as well as modifications to O.4.1, O.4.2 and O.4.3 and addition of a new Annex V.
