This European Standard specifies the common methodology and the requirements for inspection of air conditioning systems in buildings for space cooling and/or heating and/or ventilation systems from an energy use standpoint. It can be used to fulfil the EPBD requirements (Energy Performance of Buildings Directive 2010/31/EU [9]) as well as in other contexts where such inspections are specified. The methodology specified in this standard deals with indoor climate problems that can be due to the systems inspected.
This standard applies to both residential and non-residential buildings equipped with:
- air conditioning system(s) without mechanical ventilation; or
- air conditioning system(s) with mechanical ventilation; or
- natural and mechanical ventilation system(s).
This standard applies to:
- fixed systems;
- accessible parts that contribute to the cooling and mechanical ventilation services.
This standard is also applicable to some systems for which the Directive does not require inspection, such as:
- fixed systems of less than 12 kW output;
- ventilation-only systems.
Diese Europäische Norm legt die allgemeine Methodik für und die auf den Energieverbrauch bezogenen Anforderungen an die Inspektion von in Gebäuden installierten Klimaanlagen für Raumkühlung und/oder -heizung und/oder Lüftungsanlagen fest. Sie kann sowohl dazu genutzt werden, die EPBD-Anforderungen (Gebäudeenergieeffizienz-Richtlinie 2010/31/EU [9]) zu erfüllen, als auch für andere Kontexte, in denen solche Inspektionen festgelegt sind. Die in dieser Norm festgelegte Methodik behandelt die Probleme des Innenraumklimas, die durch die inspizierten Anlagen auftreten können.
Diese Norm gilt für Wohn- und Nichtwohngebäude, die ausgestattet sind mit:
- Klimaanlage(n) ohne ventilatorgestützte Lüftung; oder
- Klimaanlage(n) mit ventilatorgestützter Lüftung; oder
- freier/freien und ventilatorgestützter/-gestützten Lüftungsanlage(n).
Diese Norm gilt für:
- ortsfeste Anlagen;
- zugängliche Teile, die zur Kühlleistung und zur ventilatorgestützten Lüftungsleistung beitragen.
Diese Norm gilt außerdem für einige Anlagen, für die die Richtlinie keine Inspektionen fordert, z. B.:
- ortsfeste Anlagen mit einer Nennleistung von weniger als 12 kW;
- Nur-Lüftungsanlagen.
