This International Standard specifies a spectrophotometric
method using reduced molybdosilicate for the determination of
total silicon in steel and cast iron.
The method is applicable to silicon contents between 0,05 and
1,0 % (m/m) in steel and Cast iron soluble in one or the other
of the alternative acid mixtures.
Diese Internationale Norm beschreibt ein spektrophotometrisches
Verfahren mittels reduzierten Molybdatosilicats
zur Ermittlung des Gesamtsiliciumgehalts in Stahl
und Gußeisen.
Das Verfahren Iäßt sich auf Siliciumgehalte zwischen 0,05
und 1,0 % (m/m) in Stahl und Gußeisen anwenden, die in
der einen oder anderen der ausgewählten Säuremischungen
löslich sind.
