ThisInternational Standard specifies a method for the detection and identification of a volatile organic contaminant in edible oils.It is applicable to the identification of volatile industrial chemicals in both crude and refined edible oils that are suspected of being contaminated.It also enables determination of the concentration of the contaminant.
Diese Internationale Norm legt ein Verfahren zum Nachweis und zur Identifizierung einer flüchtigen
organischen Verunreinigung in Speiseölen fest.
Sie ist anwendbar auf die Identifizierung von flüchtigen Industriechemikalien sowohl in rohen als auch in
raffinierten Speiseölen, bei denen ein Verdacht auf Verunreinigung besteht. Sie ermöglicht auch die
Bestimmung der Konzentration der Verunreinigung.
