This International Standard specifies a method for the quantitative determination of free (non-proteinbound)
lysine, methionine, and threonine in commercial products and premixtures containing more than
about 10 % mass fraction of the respective amino acid. It does not distinguish between D- and L-forms.
Diese Internationale Norm legt ein Verfahren zur quantitativen Bestimmung von freiem (nicht proteingebundenen) Lysin, Methionin und Threonin in handelsüblichen Produkten und Vormischungen fest, die mehr als etwa 10 % Massenanteil der entsprechenden Aminosäure enthalten. Es unterscheidet nicht zwischen D- und L-Formen.
