1 .I This part of IS0 8503 specifies the stylus instrument and
describes the procedure for calibrating IS0 surface profile comparators
complying with the requirements of IS0 8503-I.
1.2 This part of IS0 8503 is also applicable to the determination
of the surface profile, within the range Ry5 = 20 to 200 pm,
of essentially planar blast-cleaned steel. The determination may
be carried out on a representative section of the blast-cleaned
surface or, if direct observation of the surface is not feasible, on
a replica of the surface (see annex CL
NOTE - Where appropriate, this procedure may be used for assessing
the roughness profile of other abrasive blast-cleaned substrates.
An alternative procedure is described in IS0 8503-3.
Diese ÖNORM beschreibt das Tastschnittgerät und ein Verfahren zur Kalibrierung von ISO-Rauheitsvergleichsmustern, die den Anforderungen von ÖNORM EN 28503-1 entsprechen. Diese ÖNORM kann auch zur Bestimmung der Oberflächenrauheit im Bereich 3Ry5 1= 20 bis 200 /um, von im wesentlichen ebenem gestrahlten Stahl angewendet werden. Die Bestimmung kann an einem repräsentativen Teil der gestrahlten Oberfläche durchgeführt werden oder, wenn eine diekte Begutachtung nicht möglich ist, auf einem Abdruck derselben. Ein alternatives Verfahren wird in ÖNORM EN 28503-3 beschrieben.
