This ÖNORM describes a procedure for the determination of the strenght of ball bearings made of ceramics, preferably made of silicon nitride (SiN4), with diameters from 3 mm up to 50 mm according to ÖNORM M 6319-3. This procedure can also be used for ball bearings made of other materials and respectively for other diamteters, but the included prefactors are then inoperative.
Diese ÖNORM enthält ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Festigkeit für Wälzlagerkugeln aus Keramik, vorzugsweise aus Siliciumnitrid (Si3N4), mit Durchmessern von 3 mm bis 50 mm gemäß ÖNORM M 6319-3. Das Verfahren kann auch für Wälzlager-Kugeln aus anderen Werkstoffen bzw. andere Durchmesser angewendet werden, die angeführten Vorfaktoren sind dann jedoch nicht gültig.
