This European Standard specifies a spectrometric method for the
saccharin content in solid table top sweetener preparations prepared
determination of sodium saccharin and from cyclamate/saccharin or saccharin. An inter-laboratory test has been carried out on sweetener tablets.
Diese ÖNORM beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Saccharin-Natrium und Saccharin in Süßstofftabletten auf Basis Cyclamat/Saccharin bzw. Saccharin. Die Tabletten werden in Natriumhydroxid gelöst und der Gehalt an Saccharin wird photometrisch bei 265 nm bestimmt.
