This European Standard specifies a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of sodium cyciamate and saccharin in liquid table top sweetener preparations. It also allows the determination of sorbic acid in liquid table top sweetener preparations. An inter-laboratory test has been carried out with liquid table top sweetener preparation.
Diese ÖNORM beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Natriumcyclamat, Saccharin und Sorbinsäure in Flüssigtafelsüßen. Die Bestimmung erfolgt in geeigneter Lösung und der Gehalt an Natriumcyclamat, Saccharin und Sorbinsäure mit HPLC und UV-Detektion bestimmt.
